Inproove firepod clock

I have heard that many sound cards have better clock then the firepod, which result in a more accurate and transparent sound. I would like to know if it is possible to UPGRADE the firepod's clock.

For example, I have a kurzweil Rumour and an ART DMPA which both have digital connections. Would it be an upgrade to sync my firepod to those units?

i clock my firepod to mytek converters. I haven't noticed any big, but I haven't done any A/B type tests either.
 
Are you interrested in sharing experiences or posting clips?

I haven't seen differences (My setup is currently in my appartment so it doesn't sound good at all!)
 
I'm not really a musician, I can play a little keyboard, but I don't think DI keyboard would be a good test for this kind of thing.
