Help with headphone amplifier

I'm looking to use the auxilaries on my desk to give a headhone mix to the musicians. However the aux's are mono outs and the headphone amp has six stereo left and right inputs. Is there any way of either A) getting stereo to the headphone amp using the desk or B) just give a mono signal but have both ears of the headphone working rather than just the left?

I'm using a mackie 1640 desk.
 
If the headphone amp doesn't have a mono switch you will have to split the mono signal into two mono signals for each side. It's a pretty simple solder job.
 
What sort of headphone amp?

Most have a switch, or the left input is labeled (mono), and will go to both left and right if you don't plug anything into the right input.

Otherwise, it's a simple solder job.
