hardware effect issue :(

Hi everyone, what I'm trying to do is to add a reverb from my external unit to already recorded dry vocal. I don't know whether I can do that though using my Lexicon Lambda audio intereface which has an insert for that reason. I've tried every input and output in Cubase to route the signal but still dont work.
I'm new with that so that might be a dumb question but would appreciate any help. Cheers

Id just solo the track...loop the output through the hardware unit...and then back to an input...run through the song...and then you should end up with a track with the effect on it...there is more than one way to skin a cat.
