erm 2 words IT ROCKS

I never felt the need to EQ or compress or do anything to the sound at all

my comparisons with the same mic straight to my desk left me wanting to tweak out the lower mids.....

It warmed the sound of a telecaster beautifully. Removing the nasty sharpness from the straight DI & fattening up the sound. The neck pickup with the feedback control pretty high & the gain about 5-6 along with the thick switch gave a jazzy tone to die for

I'm gonna experiment with vocals today

overall though it's so easy & option free which is why I didn't like the focusrite strips so much because there's to many options........takes 3 hours just to explore the possibillities
