    Hi guys,

We have just taken delivery of a nice shiny new Behringer X32..... Ummmm what can i say apart from its good, very good in fact.
Ok it doesnt quite sound like our Midas XL3 nor even a Venice but its miles ahead a Yam LS9.

The problem i am sure we we find is it has the ''B'' word on it and no matter how good it might be its not going to to rider friendly.

So why did we buy it then you may ask. That's simple, the £1700 price tag makes this desk the best on the market for the money and as long as it doesn't crash or go silly on us we will buy the smaller X32 16 channel as well.

I guess only time will tell.

    WOW!

Am sure glad that I've held off for a little while .....

Everyone out there (except GC ) Is now advertising an X32 at the normal price and is either throwing in for FREE!! a touring case or the S16 stage box.
That's a $500. value on the road case and $800. on the S16 stage box.

I wounder what I'll get for free if I hold off for an other few months?

Any mic you buy will be perfectly suited to your needs, until you use it long enough to learn that it's not.

Think I'll go with the road case option.

I had no idea this thing existed until someone mentioned it in the "debating analog or digital" thread. I wish they had come out with this a couple of years ago when I was dicking around with finicky control surfaces and drivers for the PC.

Using it straight out of the box without testing it and pre-programming a few things? You're a braver man than I, Gunga Din! Anyhow, congratulations and good luck. Let us know how it goes!

Yeah, it sure doesn't seem like a year--but we can blame Uli for part of that. He announced it months before he shipped it!

Yeah you can't swim unless you jump in the water, Bob. Two hours to go!

Yeah that's right we waited around for several months on it's releases.
