Hello all, I'm back on the BBS after ages because I have a problem.

I feel a bit stupid asking, but is it possible to make a cable adaptor that runs from XLR to a mono jack? I wan't to plug my mics into my 4track.

Do I remember something about a phase inverter? I've just been soldering so far but I get a really weak signal.

Any suggestions appreciated...

Youll need an impedance adapter/matcher of some sort...assuming the 4 track has 1/4" inputs, its very possible to just buy a cable that goes from XLR to 1/4" with it built in.....
