Stereo mic for a laptop computer

I am looking for a microphone with 2 lines (2 mics) as an input, to connect to my mic jack in my laptop.
I want to record 2 people speaking together at the same, and analyse the input in real time.

I havethe software I need, now I need the right mic that will work with my sound card.
Also, I have a USB port, so USB mic might work if one exists.

Does anyone has any ideas if it can be done, what mic should I buy, or what alternatives I have?
