SM58, MXL V67G or MXL R144 for Vocals?

I currently have an MXL 770; which I quite like as a drum overhead and for acoustic guitar. However, I'm looking to find a different mic for vocals.

I was considering the SM58, a MXL V67G or a MXL R144.
My singing style is Elliott Smith-ish; quite soft, so i don't need something which can take a massive amount of abuse, but i'd prefer something which is a little warmer/rounded sounding than the 770.

Thanks for any help you can give.

Your best bet is to be to try em all.
Mics are like shoes....smelly and usually full of shit.

No wait....that's wasn't it....

Mics are like shoes...one size doesn't fit all. ;)

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately, there's no store around me that sells mics. So, i took a gamble and went for the v67g. It came around an hour ago, and I must say that I'm quite impressed with it. Again, thanks for the advice.
