I'm on a budget and narrowed down a couple pairs of small condenser mics for drum overheads. Once upon a time I borrowed a set of Peavey 480s that worked well but those are hard to come by. Right now I have some CAD CM217 mics but those aren't all that impressive.
Any other suggestions? Looking to stay at or below $100 used for the pair on eBay. Thanks!
