Live recording of 3 piece band(drums, guitar, bass). Only have 2 inputs. Best mic(s)?

It would be nice to find a budget stereo mic to use. Already have a mediocre minidisc one. Very limited budget. Thanks. Using a firewire 410 hooked up to a laptop (Cool edit pro)

The Studio Projects LSD2 is under $1000 and the Rode NT4 (under $500) is another budget stereo mic. Or for less money, you could get two budget SDC mics and X/Y them... depending on your budget.
 
With only two inputs and CEP you might consider recording drums first, then bass and/or guitar and so on with the rest of it. We call that 'overdubs'.
