How to use vintage mic?

Hi I recently found an old microphone from the late 40's to early 50's and I'd like to try it out. It has the old style Amphenol single conductor terminal (like would be used on a ham radio).

All I have to test is a cheap amp that uses standard 1/4" plugs.

Is there some kind of adapter I can get to use this on my amp?

Also to use this vintage dynamic mic it says the equipment should be 100,000 ohms or more. How can I measure to make sure my amp is rated at that?

Thanks in advance!

Those Amphenol coax connectors and cables ending in 1/4" plugs were common. It shouldn't be to hard to find a cable or a connector you can wire up.

Your amp's input is probably at least 100k. I wouldn't worry about it, just try it out.
