Just picked one of these up for a great price. First thought is to use it on kick, what other uses have you guys found for it?

RE20 is a strange one.
For me it's the same as my SM7b. It's certainly a reliable kick/bass mic, but I think of it as one of my vocal mics.

I have three (plus an RE320), and have used them on almost everything. They do make great vocal mics, but also bass, guitar amps, brass, and random percussion. I have often used two or three of them for tom solo mics. It is very hard to get a bad sound out of one.
