Connection on old song ECM mic

Hi y'all
I recently purchased an old (Probably late 70's) sony ECM-270 condenser mic off ebay and it doesn't appear to have a standard XLR cable. The connection at the output end is very similar to a male 3 pin XLR connector but the casing around it is about 1mm less in diametre and the pins are also smaller in diameter. Anyone got any idea what sort of cable I'd need to connect this to a standard XLR socket?

Any help would be greatly appreciated :D It looks so pretty and I can't use it at the moment :'(

xx

Here's the data sheet for that series.

As you can see the mic's operating voltage is 1.1-1.5v so you'll have to provide that somehow. I'm not sure if the battery type is still available.
The connector appears to be unique but it's hard to find info.
At very least I can see that XLR conversion cables exists so it'll be a straight pin-to-pin conversion if you can find something to it.
