Damn, good catch! It actually looks like it is...I think I can make out the black switch?

The picture is of my one, sitting on the console. Tell you what we tested it up against a U87 when the U87 broke down (not mine LOL) and the different vocal tracks done with the NT2 and the U87 sounded very similar, we actually forgot which was which.

What also suggest Rode is the shockmount, which looks like the ones that came with Rode mikes from that era
