Yes. In fact, if you don't have a pure tone a dynamic mic is best, IMO. To me condensers sound best on people with pure tones who can really sing at top levels. Short of that the condenser will bring out your flaws where as the dynamic will hide them a bit.
Ribbons (dynamics) sound especially great on females but can be good for males who have harsh voices, too.
