is the Blue Yeti Pro investment worthy?

Well The max i can spend is around 200 and under so the Neumanns is out of the question and i can only buy from amazon. The blue Yeti pro has the option to use an xlr which i thought would hold its own value. And yes i do plan on using the microphone for singing, instruments, voiceover/podcasting/live streaming/YouTube commentary etc. Blue claims it can do all of that plus more.

Since i'm a first time buyer of a standalone microphone i thought why not try out the blue yeti pro.

Do you have an audio interface? First recommendations here are ALWAYS to go for a half-decent AI first so that you have options with your microphones. A Blue Yeti with USB is basically a $100 mic with a $100 interface built-in.

During a recent attack of GAS I was checking these out (to use with the XLR output). Although I'm a BLUE owner, I never got a response to an inquiry about the S/N (self-noise) over the XLR connection. The "stereo" pattern is interesting.
