just wondering what you guys think of the blue ball have a chance to pick up one for 40 bucks is it worth it?

The Blue Ball is claimed to be suitable for use in any roll — I mean role!

I'm on a quest to purchase a few for collection, not so much for use, but when I get some I will try them out in different applications.

For $40. I would go for it - if it was me.

For 40 bucks, you can pick it up and resell it to moresound. He will be happy and you can put your 40 bucks towards something else.

Yes I admit it - I'm a microphone hoarder.

Just imagine not being able to walk through the house with out rubbing elbows with a microphone

well i bought it and an apex 125? kick mic for 60 bucks yesterday both work well and show little sign of use both work good the blue ball is pretty decent for what i record i think it will work well just tried it on vocals gonna give it a chance at acoustic guitar see what happens one things for sure tho it sure looks different then any other mics i have. Im still pretty new at this recording stuff and just now starting to piece together gear.
