I am going to mic acoustic upright piano in living room. Which mic would give best pickup throughout the range of the piano and which would sound best. AGK freq. response is 50-20000 and AT is 30-20000. Piano freq. fundaments are about 28-4200 with overtones between 10000-20000. Prices are $20 apart at Mars. One constraint I have is I don't want a mic that needs phantom power so Rode NT1 is out. I also don't want to spend more than 200. One of these 2 mics looks like my best bet. Thanks.
