AKG Project Pack?

Hello there. I am still looking at mics, and I came across this. The c3000 and the c1000s. For 250? Sounds like a steal to me. I get great akg sound quality for both vocals and a great one for acoustic instruments. What are your guys' opinions on this pack?
 
Also, instead of starting a new thread, Ill just post it in this. I have also looked at buying used mics, and have come across several that will save me a good bit of money. They are the at4040, the st59, the perception 420, the at2050, and of course the project pack. What are your opinions on these? Any of these that you would not recomend?
