What is this instrument (patch? sample?)

I hear this organ arpeggio at the beginning of Carpet Crawlers by Genesis and it also (I think) shows up in the middle of Long Promised Road by Beach Boys. It's awesome, anyone know how they did it?

I know this is a long shot but I figured you guys would know best.

In case anyone else is wondering, research on the internet lead me to an RMI Electrapiano. The arpeggios are probably played manually. A version with an arpeggiator came out some time later but it doesn't appear to have been available when these songs came out.
