I have heard that the Waldorf Microwave synths are prone to OS errors (Particularly after updates, or during the update process), which render them useless or buggy at best. Just wondering if anyone here has had this misfortune. I am currently looking at getting a Waldorf Microwave XtK (61 keys, not rackmount). Waldorf's sound great, and have great filters. This synth sounds wicked awesome, but I am concerned about their reliability. I need some reassurance here people. Optionally I would probably purchase an Alesis Andromeda A6, which sounds great, and is a tweakers dream. If anyone has heard bad things about the Andromeda, could you please share them as well. I have a bad case of G.A.S. and need to spend cash, but I would like to know what up I'm up against here.
