M-Audio Oxygen or O2?

Yesterday, I downloaded Propellerhead Reason 2.5 and I was amazed by all those different synth & racks and I think all those effects is pretty sweet.

So now I'm kinda tempted to get a keyboard but i know absolutely nothing about keyboards. I want one with USB so i can just play through USB instead of MIDI port bacause I dont have one.

So i've decided that i wanna get one of these two:

Help me make the decision. Which one is better?
 
I own an Oxygen 8 and have never had a bit of trouble with it. I use Reason too, and the feature not pointed out in the Zzounds ad is that it doesn't just have 8 cc knobs, it has 5 times 8 knobs and they're all assignable. If you want to use it as a keyboard only it'll do that just fine --- but once you crack into the big world of midi it'll be a fine vehicle for that too.

The O2 is the newer slimmed down Oxygen 8. I assume it has the same feature set but I've never used it.
 
I hear that the knob resolution is ka ka, sometimes jumps from a value 1 to 128 with just a slight turn? :confused:
