M-Audio Oxygen 49 & Omnisphere (NEED HELP)

Hey all

I am considering purchasing the M-Audio Oxygen 49 key midi keyboard, but before I do, I need to know the folllowing:

Is it compatible with Windows 7, Cubase 5 & then ultimately, to use it with Omnisphere.

So basically I'm running windows 7, my DAW is Cubase 5 and the vst I'm using is Omnisphere.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
