Help modifying Leslie 51 speaker

I've recently acquired a Leslie 51 speaker and would like to get some input on how to mod it to a 251. Want to change the horn to a 2 speed. I have the 2 speed motor, but I know there is a little more to it than that. Can anyone help ? Thanks , Greg

Haven't used this product but it looks like a much easier alternative than modifying the cabinet to accept a stacked motor. Plus it offers the option to flip the field coil on the top motor for reverse horn operation.
