Hi, I just got an old casio ctk 4400. Very excited because it is my first real musical instrument ever. The only problem is there is a group of five adjacent keys (3 white and 2 black- and I think they belong to one segment of the left motherboard) that produces no sounds whatsoever. I opened up the keyboard, clean the inside, under the rubber pads and the contacts to no avails. I looked underneath the motherboard and did not see anything unusual or disconnected wires. I attached a picture of the affected area (with the black keys attached) in case my description is unclear.
So I am just wondering, what else may cause this? I hope it is not something big to fix. Please give me some pointers. thank you so much and have a blessed day to all!
