Here's the thing. I know the Fantom X blows the original Fantom out of the water. But here's my question. I have an XP-30 which I like except for 2 things. I want a 76 key keyboard, and I would like to have an on board sequencer for showing the band new ideas or playing out without the band. I don't know that I would use a sampler (i'm not even sure how they work), and I really am just looking for some kind of a step up. Original Fantoms can be had on e-bay for 800 bucks. Fantom X7 is nowhere to be found for under 2000. Is it worth the difference understaing that I don't have the money for the FantomX (and probably won't) and could resonably get the original at 800 bucks. Thanks and good night.
