CME VX88 Mid controller Shifting Keys

Hi! I been having some issues with this here MIDI controller and would like some help from some of you experince users, so well goes

So, after messing around with a old Roland MIDI keyboard, i decided it was time to fire the CME controller, install the drivers needed, and all.

I am using Cubase at the moment and cannot get the built it Audio card to work. My sound keeps coming from my laptops speakers.

Second problem would be one of the most annoying things i have ever encounter. Basically what happens is that the CME keyboard somehow shifts the keys one note ahead. C# becomes C D becomes D# soo all the black keys are now the white keys. Heres an illustration of what I mean.

Can someone please help me? Any CME experience users?

Thanks

Does Cubase recognize the CME audio card at all? Make sure you have installed the latest ASIO driver if you are using Windows.

Setting Up Audio in Cubase

Check on page 19 of the CME manual for info about the transpose function. Sounds like it needs to be reset down a half-step.

It wasnt recognizing it at all however, I left the CME on all night and this morning or so I decided to give it a chance and viola, everything starter working right.

However, I am not liking the mackie control at all. There is no U CONTROL B for cubase at all.
