Hi,
I have an Alesis Photon X25 midi controller and keys C3-G3 stopped working. They send no data whatsoever. I've flashed the firmware via Alesis docs and still no help, although it did fix my mod/pitch wheel.
Tried the Photon on another computer, replaced USB cable, bypassed the USB hub and still nothing.
The keyboard sat unused for about 1 year... not sure if there is something to that or not.
All else works fine, except keys C3-G3???
Any suggestions or ideas before I open it up and start poking around?
