Ceramic Guitar

Truly different. One piece, hand-fired, ceramic guitar from the 60's Funny all the views and no comments. People must be awe struck...

That is pretty cool. I can see why this type of guitar hasn't really caught on. If you drop it, you'll shatter it instead of just scuffing it; and once that happens, you're guitar is gone. You can't just replace a ceramic neck! :D

Pretty damn cool. I wish they would have touched on string gauge and possible tension limitations, if any. I'm guessing you go too light and it will sound real tinny. Too thick, you bend a string too aggressively and .

If these things caught on it might add a whole new lexicon of geetar slang, "the P-90s sound great, but you slap a humbucker in the bridge position and you can fry an egg on this thing!"

Who's up for a Kohler or American Standard, the Les Commode? Fancy a Toiletcaster?
