D deepwater New member Jan 8, 2005 #2 Both are great and you want go wrong eather way. Here's what I know about the FX16 16 - XLR inputs 16 - driect outs 4 - 4 subs Lexicon effects (which very usable for live sound) 2 aux sends 3 band Eq with sweap mid Very quiet Nice pres.

X xstatic New member Jan 8, 2005 #3 The Allen Heath is much like the Soundcraft that Deepwater described. Where it falls short.... The FX are pretty useless on the Mix Wiz, no subs on the 16 XLR version. Where it excells..... 6 real aux sends, 4 band EQ with dual mid sweeps.
