imputs..on m audio profire 610?

hi would there be enough inputs/outputs on an m audio profire 610 for the following setup.
1) 2 x rode nt5,s for stereo recording of acoustic guitar
2) m audio bx5a active monitors
3) synth...yamaha mm6 ?
4) fmr rnc compressor
5) m audio dmp3 preamp
6) sony mdr 7506 studio headphones

hi thanks for reply....i was thinking the rnc would be a good option mainly for compressing vocals.maybe a little on acoustic also.i know theres compresser in music software also but have heard good things on the rnc.or maybe you could advise me better as im new to this really..cheers again
