Headphones for mix down and vocal recording question

I currently have a pair of Koss LV-10 Headphones that needs replacement.

What I liked about Koss LV-10 Headphones: They were comfortable, kept out background noise and were pretty accurate. Has a regular stereo phono plug.

What I didn't like: The Coiled cord. The coil got messed up early on... bent and tangled.

My Question..... What is out there that is in the $25.00 to $50.00 range that is accurate, keeps out bkg noise, comfortable and has a good cord?

You might want to check out the Sony MDR7502. For phones in that price range, I think they do a good job. They are not at the quality of the 7506s, but I like them a lot esp for the price range you are considering.
