Behringer umc404hd vs Focusrite Scarlett 2i2

Hi Everyone! I want to buy my first audio interface and I'm interested in these two. Behringer umc404hd or Focusrite Scarlett 2i2, which is better? Obviously Behringer offers much more inputs and outputs, but what about an audio quality? The main thing is that now I need at least 2 XLR/TRS inputs. Scarlett ofers 2 so it's in the border, but if Behringer have the same or very close audio quality, then why don't buy it? - it offers more and it's a little cheaper. Can I use it as a Sound Card like Scarlett, for example when watching films on Youtube?

I was hoping to find some comparison between the UMC404HD and the Scarlett 18i8, which both offer 4 inputs (TRS and XLR) on the front. One's 100 dollars, the other is 350 but is it really 3.5 times as good.
