Alesis Multimix 4 usb vs Behringer Xenyx 302 usb

Hello,

I want some advice about which usb mixer I should to choose, my options are: Alesis Multimix 4 usb or Behringer Xenyx 302 usb. Both mixers are enough for my requirements (1 xlr mic input with phantom power, 1 stereo line input and 1 usb stereo input/output).

My question is, which is better in quality of knobs, materials and most important the quality of sound (preamps, a/d converters, etc.)

Are you using this for live work or for recording? If for recording, consider a dedicated audio interface instead. At those prices, the preamps are not very food and your sound quality could be marginal. I bought a Xenyx mixer a couple of years ago and returned it the next day -the preamps had no strength and were noisy.
