advice on buying used celestion speakers

what are the chances of these being blown or havin other problems?
would you buy used celestion speakers?

There are three things I usually will not buy used unless they come from a trusted source:

1. Tubes

2. Speakers

3. Microphones

If your sure what they are, have a re-coning service nearby (or can do it yourself) and can get 'em cheap (like less than half what they are new) go for it.
