Korg nanoKONTROL2 - Black - Interresant for Nomad / Beginner

    by Akmy on 05-16-2012 04:31

I use it for 5 months I was very disappointed by the nanoKEY Korg (USB Welding fucked in 3 months use quite normal). Starting a call for 2 years with a minimum scrict stuff, I start on this Korg nanoKONTROL 2. The most: - Prettier than the Series 1 - The faders and knobs are precise etonamant (A value near) - Really cheap for what it can do - In the air (I say "looks") More than 1 series caustaud - Easy installation on most DAW (And congratulations to the editor of Korg) but ... Cons: - Natively not compatible with FL Studio. That is to say that the buttons and cursors will track does nothing because it will not be recognized by Fl Studio. Image Line fault or Korg? I do not know but I find it rather shameful that this kind of device to be recognized in most DAW except FL Studio ... So I use the transport keys and I manually assigned my knob and fader. - Not designed for live (to public), for trying it's really not that necessary, to toy but it's cool with tiny knob is complicated. - Faders and knob that this is a trend but a helping Bare glue and it's over. Noted that the Series 2 works completely differament the 1 series. FL on the one I'd recommend because it has 4 scene parameterizable Go for it on other Korg you kindly made your presets. In conclusion Quality / Price unbeatable although played with Korg quality materials / construction. I remake it without hesitating choice because its been 5 months I use it a lot more than my first and everything works nanoKEY nickel. He has all these small issues but surmountable. € 49 for one throw or have a small controller is given. Provided you take care Edit: Image Line should make comptatible natively nanoKONTROL The two before its next Upd, the 10.5

Martin Light MAC 600 - Notice mac 600 during

    by hubertolivier123 on 05-16-2012 04:21

I'm using 4 and 2 years. I took them out about 30 livers. Purchased used in JSF (specialized in selling equipment used in the Haluin 59), I paid € 750 ht with 6 months warranty. They are painted in metallic gray. On the state average (dented, noisy belts ...) they remain on a value! powerful, efficient, beautiful colors, easy to repair and maintain, ultra quick and easy disassembly by clips without tools, parts not very expensive. I used indoors and outdoors, their nothing scares. I am very satisfied with this product, and plan to buy 2 extra. I own kryptons 250, Mac 300, 400 RoboColor pro, mx 10, Alpha Spot HPE 575, scan internship, internship spot in 1200, Dress Zoom 250 xt, and many more ... The MAC 600 is one of the few products to find themselves indispensable. They are manipulated by one person, size and weight rather small, even compared with some equivalent new product. They are surprisingly reliable, and when we take the trouble to open them every 15 or 20 uses (cleaning, lubrication) Only 2 failures in 2 years: - A love lost on a color wheel - Heating a glass off at the output of the lamp. Total time for repair in 2 years: 15 minutes!

    Nicols C512J - Very correct

    by Altalen on 05-15-2012 22:54

    * How long you use it? 2 weeks * Did you tried many other models before buying it? Another equivalent and used but sold under the brand Contest, that I had paid. This model sold under the brand Nicols is finished (see photos) which unlike other plastic stuck on the screen has some air bubbles and décallages. (This does not change the operation but I'm manic!) The dazzling blue LED that equipped the older revisions of this product (all brands) have been replaced by green less annoying. Potentiometers (as it has been criticized in other reviews) are also flexible if I compare to the Contest. As for the rest no specific changes, mastering the craft when it comes to doing things satisfactorily :) I will not dwell on that, please consult the opinions of other brands if you want more details . Special mention to the manual supplied EN / FR that is complete and clear enough I think! * How would you rate the quality / price? Well! Food sufficient for ordinary use. * With experience, you do again this choice? ... Yes why not, at least insofar as this type of product covers my needs.

Ideal for small personal trainer or small sound system: a pair of NM250A + a sub tank 12's (17kg). I love this product, good price / quality ratio. Italian quality!

    Yamaha SD 2055 10" X 5.5" STEEL SNARE - Very correct

    by Boise on 05-15-2012 17:24

First time I play this kind of snare. It is not my main course, I clamped on the left foot charley. More than quality materials, it is open it gives the sound of my set and the new possibilities it offers me. This is a great tool that forces them to find other combinations, the independence of members work differently ... About hardware, Yamaha is the entry level: Hardware niquel, ca mounts easily and is super sturdy. The sound is very nice, of course, you change the skin, I took an emperor sanded down a bit for the harmonics.

PRS Tremonti Treble - good seed, good saturation, but typed

    by yoyogtr on 05-15-2012 16:22

Excellent microwave power of good, sensible, good definition ... it is less comfortable in the sounds cleans, crunch it easily when we're playing an agreement ... it also loses precision on big sound metalheads ... where it is most comfortable is crunch to saturation generous (jazz, blues, rock, hard) ... I note PERFECT ... in its register because he accomplished perfectly its job ...

    Fender [Mustang Series] Mustang Floor

    by Rickton on 05-15-2012 14:57

The Mustang Floor allows for four digital effects and an amp simulator. - Effect a "stomp" that will compressor, overdrive, wah, fuzz ... - An effect called "modulation", with the chorus, tremolo, vibe, yet wha ... - A delay, - A reverb. You can not have one type of effect at a time. Therefore impossible to have overdrive + compressor. Fortunately, wha is in two categories! There are many settings for each effect. The order of effects before and in the loop of the amp simulation is fully configurable. Pedal Mode switch easily "volume" to "expression" or it requires a parameter (any) effects or amp. This is configurable for each preset, as well as the state of the pedal when you reach the preset. The configuration can be done on Fender Fuse (os x and windows), common to amps Mustang Software, which allows even more things than directly on the pedals. Presets can be downloaded from the internet. The connector has a wide input jack guitar course for entry to work on a piece to the headphone, Jack L and R, L and R XLR for a sound system for example, in and out noon, USB and Fuse to send the sound on a computer, making for an additional expression pedal ...

LTD [EC Series] EC-1000 - Metallic Gold - Forget a priori!

    by Animaxion on 05-15-2012 14:43

This guitar is made in Korea. The body is mahogany and maple top, The set neck of 24 frets is also mahogany with a rosewood fingerboard and jumbo frets. Basically, we handle a fast and fluid on a Les Paul. Landmarks are flags in abalone, inlaid with model name at 12th fret. We then two humbuckers, not the EMG 81 and 60, like its sister EC 1000, but two Seymour Duncan Alnico II, and it makes all the difference! We then two volumes of potentiometers (one for each pickup) and one tone control. The mechanical oil bath and chrome hardware. And despite all the a priori catalog consisting of ESP and LTD guitars in the category of metalheads, here it is not the case at all!

Jack & Danny YC-ST-66 Surf Green SSS - Correct

    by siskosan on 05-15-2012 13:40

Guitar made in Korea, for its price coorecte Handle fairly balanced, fast jourer, but big mistake on the top of the neck, we easily injured on Silet guide ropes, so to file carefully because it is plastic .. ... chevalert Wilki just placed, to rebalance. Stringing serial discard, good mechanical PPoint on.

Squier [Classic Vibe Series] Telecaster Custom - 3-Color Sunburst Rosewood - Bluffing

    by siskosan on 05-15-2012 13:25

Nice guitar, certainly Asian, but the violin is quite amazing, and meem better bill than the Mexican affordable. Channel 21 frets, comfortable, tailpiece very very correct, despite what I've read reviews on this guitar as it remains a very beautiful instrument.

M-Audio Axiom 25 - My 2nd Favorite Small Scale Midi Keyboard

    by johnrae on 05-15-2012 12:02

The M-Audio Axiom 25 is a 25 key, semi weighted keyboard, with 8 pads, 8 knobs, a set of transports and a modulation and pitch bend wheel. The feel of this keyboard is AWESOME. I HIGHLY recommend the larger size models of this line for a keyboard, but I use this one as my small scale midi keyboard. It's my second favorite for the size, and it just feels great. The semi-weighted keys are awesome, and the drum pads are great. I have used this keyboard for a while and love it.

Audio-Technica M3 - to discover, very easy to use ...

    by dtdfedoras on 05-15-2012 10:42

I use them for 6 months now seihneiser yes, ivm4 akg, shure what I love most: the overload clutch (rare), the possibility of adding a microphone and mix of atmosphere directly on the case, but especially the robustness SIMPLICITY of use, we have in hand in minutes what I like least: just be too simple just compared the akg is inherently complicated but offers more control to the sound chiader to summarize I would say that personally I prefer to use the akg provider but for singers I give prefer the Audio Technica because we will soon the ability to chain the sound play back on multiple transmitters is convenient everything was very well thought excellent value for money almost 200 euro less

    Audio-Technica AE2500 - FOR ME THE BEST

    by dtdfedoras on 05-15-2012 10:32

that's a microphone that I bought on the advice of the forums, I wanted a microphone capable of reproducing the sound of the attack and roundness, and I really have not been disappointed this is for me the best beyond compare the static part reproduces very well the attack with precision as to the dynamic part is full and powerful across the frequency band of the bass drum is perfectly rendered several sound engineers have congratulated me for this microphone that they hardly knew and it's true that we appreciate its versatility and its before I had an akg 181 and a beta 52 but would not stay behind I place it inside the bass drum in the middle and about what is perfect and especially rapid in the sense that we not spend hours to equalize! the sound is very rapid a microphone to buy without hesitation even if the price cools I put it because I really do not see its default

Akai MPD24 - A worthy controller, but not the best

    by johnrae on 05-15-2012 08:57

The MPD24 is a Midi controller from Akai featuring 16 pads, 6 faders and 8 knobs. It has USB and midi in/outs. It's pretty easy to use, and the quality is nice. The pads feel good under your fingers and are responsive, featuring velocity and aftertouch and such. There are four available pad banks. It also has a set of transport controls. The thing is well built, but not as good as some of the other pad controllers out there, and rather small. The big pads are nice, but you only have 16 which means you can pretty much only use it to record drums. If you have the cash, you should spring for the APC40 or the Novation Launchpad, my favorites. I wouldn't really recommend it unless you need more pads than come on a lot of midi keyboards, and only want to do drums. Set up and installation are easy, factory presets work fine.

Cakewalk A-300PRO - This thing is awesome!!!!

    by johnrae on 05-15-2012 06:02

The Roland A-300 Pro is a MIDI Keyboard featuring 32 keys, 45 assignable transports, knobs and sliders, 8 pads and a pitchbend/modulation stick. This thing is an awesome deal for the price, before I used a M-Audio Axiom 25 keyboard, a comparable model. This one is WAY better, and at a similar price. This one has way more features, and I use it as my exclusive small keyboard. I have a few full size keyboards I use for actual playing, but I use this for smaller applications, and I love it. I'm possibly buying the full size version of this series.

Korg Monotribe - A good price price, and a fun little toy.

    by johnrae on 05-15-2012 05:44

The Korg Monotribe is a tiny, analog synth. It features an 8-step pattern sequencer and a ribbon controller for playing, and a 3-waveform VCO, the classic MS20 VCF, an LFO and a three part drum synth. It can run off of batteries and even has a built in speaker, or you can send it out. The thing is SUPER simple, and a really fun little toy, with the potential for all kinds of fun. I love to toy with this synth, because I can do it without any set up or plugging things in and turning things on. It's really fun to just make little ideas on, and it's a real analog synth which is cool. It's not something I'd recommend unless you have some extra cash around, and need a cool toy.

    Celemony Melodyne Uno

    by JeffTadashi on 05-15-2012 04:28

Celemony's Melodyne Uno was my first real introduction to vocal pitch correction, and Celemony takes a very unique approach to this field. With controls over pitch, formant, amplitude, and timing, Melodyne lets you deep edit vocal audio data in a way that no regular audio editor could do. When loading a vocal track, Melodyne analyzes the pitch and timing of the data, and lays it out in a very visual, note-scaled track. It's almost as if your audio data has been turned into midi, and it can be edited just like moving around midi notes in a DAW. My clicking on certain words or phrases, you can edit the timing, change the pitch, change the volume, and more. It also includes an auto-correct function, which will automatically fix the pitches and pitch drifting to a certain degree, in which you can set. I find myself using this the most, and then I would listen back to the track and make sure the pitches were changed correctly. Often, if the vocal track singing is poor, Melodyne doesn't know which way to pull the off-tune note (up or down).
